Pune To Chicago Flights
Two years back, I was offered a prestigious project by my company, for which I needed to visit the corporate client in Chicago, so that I could know the necessary details of the project and the requirements of the client in this regard. I was quite happy to get this responsibility and readily agreed for this trip. My air tickets and hotel accommodation was booked online, by my company management and I was duly informed about the schedule.
My pleasant experience of staying in the hotel of Chicago
My hotel accommodation in Chicago was booked in a local 3 Star hotel, named Days Inn Great Lakes, located in North Chicago. Though I had no choice in selecting this hotel, I was highly pleased with the luxury arrangements provided in the allotted room, with coffee maker, LCD TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access for working in my laptop, a comfortable study table and telephone.
The room was well decorated with fine carpet laid over the marble floor. The temperature of the room could be controlled either by the use of an air conditioner in summer or a room heater in winter, as the room was provided with both facilities. I was also offered complimentary breakfast, though I had my other meals in the restaurant of this hotel. I also loved to relax in the gym and the swimming pool of the hotel. The guests could check in the hotel at any time before midnight; though the ID proofs and credit cards of the guests were checked at the front desk, at the time of check-in.
Enjoyable air trip by the flight of Emirates airline
My air ticket was confirmed on the Economy Class of Emirate Airline and like other Pune To Chicago Flights; my flight also took approximately 22 hours to reach Ohare International Airport of Chicago, from Pune Airport. But I was absolutely comfortable all through this long journey, due to the adequate arrangements made in the flight cabin, for the comforts of the passengers.
The seating arrangement of the Economy Class was quite convenient for the easy movement of the passengers within the flight. In our flight, there were ten seats in each row, with enough space between two rows.
Each seat had the width of 34 inches and the comfortable seat pitch of 32 inches, with adjustable headrest, to provide maximum comfort to the passengers. Each seat had a TV monitor attached in front, for the entertainment of the passengers.
The cabin was lighted all the time with LED mood lightings and when all the usual lights were turned off during the night, there were two dimmer white LED lights, with lighted in the dark cabin and this lighting arrangement gave an impression of a starry sky to the ceiling of the cabin, where the two lights gave the effect of two constellations.
The foods provided onboard to the passengers were quite tasty and of good quality. I heard that the in-flight meals were supplied by Emirate Flight Catering and the passengers were given the options to choose their preferred regional dishes. Special meal options were also available on prior booking, for the aged, children and the patients suffering from any specific ailment.
If I again need to have foreign trip again, I will surely try to avail the flights of Emirate Airline, if available on that route.
